Donations & Bequests
Cheshire welcomes donations and bequests from people or organisations who would like to support our work. All donations and bequests received are used to support Cheshire Homes/Services and the people who use our services. As a registered charity (registered number CHY5484), you can be assured that we will use all funds and assets towards the charitable objectives of the organisation.
When making a donation or bequest, you can specify a particular Home or service to be the beneficiary of your generosity. Alternatively, you ca simply address your donation or bequest to our Central Office and we will ensure it is directed towards the charitable work of the organisation.
Donations or bequests may be in the form of cash or other negotiable instruments (for example, stocks, shares or bonds). Alternatively, donations of land, property, computer equipment or transport are also very welcome. If you want more information on making a donation or bequest, please contact our Head of Finance & Development.
There is also great value in companies or individuals donating staff time or specific skills/expertise. If you are interested in doing this, please contact our Volunteer Co-ordinator who will be happy to discuss this in more detail.
