Orientation
The staff orientation presentations have been divided into two sections.
Part 1 included information and orientation in the area of Cheshire Ireland ethos, mission, and values. It also includes some of the other important policies and procedures for new staff including adult protection and health and safety.
Part 2 of the orientation is a comprehensive induction in the area of clinical skills training. The programme was developed by a number of people and was overseen by Caroline Whelan. The orientation is subject to change and will be updated from time to time
