Community Services

In the Eastern Regional Health Authority area, we provide community-based services to disabled people in their own homes. This service, which is evolving, currently gives people support with daily living, provides information and access to specially adapted transport. It also links to respite and other facilities in Cheshire’s supported accommodation services and links to services provided by other agencies.
