I qualified as a General Nurse in 2013 and began my career as a staff nurse, working across psychiatric services and care of the elderly.
Over the years, I progressed through senior clinical roles, ultimately becoming Director of Nursing. I continued to advance my professional development with a Postgraduate Diploma in Tissue Viability, a QQI Level 9 qualification in Gerontology, and most recently, a Master’s in Executive Business Management.
Before joining Cheshire, I served as Head of Clinical Operations for the South–West with a private provider supporting people with disabilities, older persons, and young people in care.
I joined Cheshire in May 2025 as Regional Manager, where I am committed to supporting individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives.
