Paul Rock
I've spent nearly 30 years working in technology leadership across complex organisations, currently in the Central Bank of Ireland. I've led transformation programmes, managed large and diverse operational areas, and implemented complex technology solutions—but what I've learned matters most is listening to people and getting the fundamentals right.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Physics, as well as a Masters of Business Studies from UCC and post graduate diplomas in strategy and leadership.
I joined Cheshire Ireland's board in August 2025 because I believe in organisations that put people first and operate with real integrity. The charity's commitment to person-centred support for people with complex needs resonates deeply with me. I value organisations that do meaningful work with purpose, and I'm genuinely excited to contribute to Cheshire Ireland's mission.
