I am a senior HR and business leader with extensive international experience partnering with executive teams on organisational strategy, leadership, talent, culture, and business transformation. Throughout my career I have worked across a range of industries in global organisations, helping businesses navigate growth, organisational change, and evolving workforce needs.
I hold a BSc in International Business and Languages, an MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, a Diploma in Company Direction, and I am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
I have a strong interest in corporate governance and the role that purpose-led organisations play in creating positive and lasting social impact. I am passionate about fostering inclusive environments where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered, and I am delighted to contribute my experience and perspective in support of Cheshire Ireland.
