Since joining Cheshire Ireland in 2014 I have worked as Clinical Nurse Manager for Services in Tullow and Ardeen. In 2020 I joined the Clinical Team as Clinical Partner for the Southern Region.
In 2022 I was successfully recruited to role of Regional Manager for the Southern Region.
Before joining Cheshire Ireland, I have more than 30 years’ experience in Nurse Management roles in public and private hospitals.
I lead and manage the Regional Team to ensure we are providing quality, safe and person-centred services for the people we support. My motivation is working collaboratively with Service Managers and Regional team to ensure all that we do underpins the vision and goals of the organization which is in essence to support people to live their best possible life and is person centred.
I am a qualified general and paediatric nurse since 1993. I hold qualifications in HR management and Nurse Management.
