FIFTY-K FEBRUARY CHALLENGE 2022
Want to get fit - want to get out of the house and get some air after Christmas
Why not challenge yourself or your family to get out every day and do 2km of exercise whatever way you want???
Maybe you have said - time to get fit but want to start slowly - not able for 10k Marathon just yet - well here is your way to start - nice and gentle - not even 2km a day….
All you have to do is sign up, join in and record the km’s on your tracker provided in your pack
We would love to see your pictures, blog, video even if you are not shy - you could just be the reason someone else to get up and active.
Christmas Jumper Day
HO HO HO Christmas Jumper Day is very simple - we are asking you, your friends, family, colleagues at work/clubs/everyone around the country to get in the festive spirit, wear their best Christmas jumper and make a donation to Cheshire Ireland on the 10th December.
Any donation small or big - we are very grateful for all your support so whatever you can afford is much appreciated. Sometimes people combine it with a coffee morning/ walk around the block (virtual or real!) and we would love to see a picture of you in your bestest jumper, even the one of the furry friend so feel free to share them with us!
