I graduated from the Dublin Institute of Technology in 2006 with a BA in Social Care. I started working in a children’s’ residential service with St. John of God as a Social Care Worker and became the Person in Charge when it was registered with HIQA in 2014. During my time there I was also involved in running an afterschool clubs program and the Children’s Respite Service. I moved to Stewarts Care in 2017 where I was initially a Person in Charge of 2 designated centres and later took on the role of Programme Manager in their Adult Residential Services.
I started in Cheshire in January 2020 as Regional Manager of the Eastern and South Eastern Community Services where individuals are supported in bespoke services over a large geographical spread.
