Liz Bromley

Head of HR & Quality

Liz Bromley is the Head of HR & Quality at Cheshire Ireland and is responsible for the leadership and management of both the HR and Quality functions of the organisation. In addition, Liz operates as a member of the Executive and Senior Management Teams.

Prior to joining Cheshire, Liz spent 7 years working for Tesco Ireland where she held roles including Commercial Training Manager and HR Business Partner. Liz joined Cheshire in 2010 as a HR Partner and held this role until 2015 at which point she took up the position of Head of HR, shortly thereafter Liz took on the additional responsibility of Deputy Chief Operations Officer. In 2017 Liz took a sabbatical to work as Head of HR Consulting for Adare Human Resource Management and returned to her present role in Cheshire the following year.

Liz is CIPD accredited and holds a BA in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Management and Liz successfully completed an MA in Leadership & Strategy with the Institute of Public Administration in 2020.
