Patrick Quinn
Head of Operations
I have worked with Cheshire Ireland since October 2014, when I joined as a service manager in the Limerick Cheshire Services, then promoted to Regional Manager of the southern region and subsequently promoted to National Head of Operations in June of 2018. Prior to working in Cheshire, I worked with the Brothers of Charity in Clare as a team leader.
I have a keen interest in continuous development as a manager and a leader. Since my under graduate degree of Health, Fitness and Science I have done further studies and obtained a post graduate certificate in HSE Frontline Management from the University of Limerick, a NVQ level 8 in Working Positively with Behaviours that Challenge from the Institute of Technology, Limerick and most recently an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the University of Limerick in 2020.
The focus of my work is the support Cheshire Ireland in our vision “to support people to live their best possible life”. As the Head of Operations, I aim to support our staff to work in line with the values of the organisation while always keeping the needs of our service users at the heart of everything we do.
